Lawyer slams Robredo for her Marawi rehabilitation plan: "No crisis management skills"

Atty. Paula Defensor Knack, an International Law expert, criticized Vice President Leni Robredo for initiating a plan to conduct rehabilitation in Marawi City.

According to Atty. Knack, Robredo lacks the skill and basic knowledge to manage or handle crisis like the one currently being faced in Mindanao, specifically in Marawi.

“NO CRISIS MANAGEMENT SKILLS!! No knowledge of how to deal with terrorism and other security threats including life and health!” claimed Knack referring to the Vice President.

The said remarks given by Atty. Knack were enclosed in a Facebook status she published. Affixed in the said post was a photo containing a short note and a screenshot of the tweet made by DZMM Teleradyo. The said tweet shows pictures of Robredo together with several officials from the ARMM planning for the proposed rehabilitation of Marawi.

“Ang PRIORIDAD NGAYON ay ang mga sundalo at operations on the ground, pati na ang pagkuha ng mga 100 bangkay na andyan [sa Marawi] dahil NABUBULOK at mapupuno ng EPIDEMIC ang lugar, walang rehabilitation na mauumpisahan!” Knack wrote as note embedded on the same photo.

Knack continued her scrutiny against Robredo’s “illogical” attempt or initiative to ease the terror crisis by claiming that:

“When you talk of rehabilitation, you deal with remediation of the environment, governance, and livelihood. How CAN YOU DO THIS when THERE ARE CORPSES ROTTING THERE AND THERE ARE TERRORISTS OPERATING THERE?!”

Stating that Leni Robredo is once again reliving the past by redoing the mistakes made by her party in the previous YOLANDA TRAGEDY, Knack characterized Robredo as “YOLANDA PART II”.

“THIS WOMAN [referring to Vice President Robredo] SHOULD GET OUT OF THE GENE POOL SO IDIOTS WILL NOT MULTIPLY!!” Atty. Knack concluded ardently.
