Well-known Journalist: Napoles was backed by Liberal Party

Journalist Jojo Robles in his Facebook page posted a list of those he called "enablers and protectors  of Janet Napoles" and all involved were members of the Liberal Party.

The post was after the Court of Appeals nullified the conviction of the imprisoned "Pork Barrel Queen" in the criminal case filed by her cousin, Benhur Luy who said she locked him up in a subdivision in Makati so he could not talk about her crimes in the pork barrel racket.

The Court of Appeals 12th Division issued the ruling on the heels of Solicitor General Jose Calida’s rather unusual manifestation seeking Napoles’ acquittal.

The court decision read, “After thoroughly delving into the records of the instant case and painstakingly assaying the evidence adduced by the parties, we find the evidence grossly insufficient to sustain a conviction.”

In reaction to the event, Robles posted so he could "refresh memories".

The first involved was former President Benigno Aquino III.

"Noynoy Aquino had Napoles fetched and brought to Malacanang for a late-night debriefing session after she agreed to surrender. He later had her taken to Crame. He was also believed to have worked to delay the scam story's publication until after the May 2013 midterm polls, so as not to hurt the chances of his candidates."

The journalist also named Butch Abad, then Budget Secretary who he said "is the acknowledged mentoor for Napoles", teaching her on how to create the scam.

"Mar Roxas was Napoles' driver, his familiar role for Noynoy, to Crame. Credited with respectfully calling her "Maam Janet," even if he is known to everyone as a spoiled rich kid who never treated anyone he considers his inferior with respect," he added.

He also named detained Senator Leila de Lima and Ombudsman Conchita Morales who "dribbled" Napoles' cases and made sure she was charged and tried only for serious illegal detention.

Per Robles, Aquino's Presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda was also Napoles' chaffeur while the last person he named was Senator Frank Drilon who allegedly traveled with Napoles often. Best known for receiving a pricey Mont Blanc pen from Napoles and then, like Peter, denying her multiple times.
